French pastry in Nairobi: a culinary demonstration by the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu academy

As part of a visit to Kenya, Mr. Philippe Rocheron, Recruitment and Development Representative at Le Cordon Bleu, organized a pastry demonstration workshop with three alumnae based in Nairobi on Saturday 26 November.

This event, in partnership with Campus France Kenya, allowed young Kenyan students as well as gastronomy professionals to learn more about French pastry techniques, to discover about Le Cordon Bleu’s training offer and to interact with the alumnae.
